General informations for the
Ladies International Grand Prix 2015 on Åland
1. HOW TO TRAVEL TO THE ÅLAND ISLAND
You can travel by plane or ferry from Sweden and Finland.
From Arlanda/Stockholm you can fly with Nextjet, and from Vanda/Helsingfors you can fly with Flybe to Mariehamn, the capital of Åland.
From Finland you can take the ferry from Helsingfors and Åbo, and from Sweden you can take the ferry from Stockholm, with two different ferry companys, www.vikingline.com and www.tallink.com. Also you can with bus connection from Stockholm take ferry from Kapellskär with www.vikingline.com and from Grisslehamn with www.eckerolinjen.se/en/ . If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to make contact, and we will help you as much as we can.
For those of you who choose to fly to Arlanda, and want to take the ferry, we will help you organize transfer to the ferry at Wednesday night the 19 of August at 8 p.m. from Kapellskär, and on Sunday morning from Eckerö at 08:30 a.m. If you choose this, your flight should land before 3 p.m. on Wednesday 19 of August, and that your departure for the journey back is from 1 p.m. on Sunday.
2. THE RANGE
Bredmo Shootingrange is situated in Lemland, about 15 km from the capital Mariehamn.

We have two skeet ranges, one trap and one sporting range. In our club-house we have the possibility to serve food and drink, but no alcohol! An indoor toilet is being built now and will be finished before this summer.
We will arrange transport between the hotel and the range every day of practice and competitions.

The price for the room in 4 nights is:
Single room: 386€ (include breakfast)
Double room: 451€ (include breakfast)
When you book please mention name, address, mobile number, birthday, nationality.
You also have to mention “Ladies Grand Prix” at your booking.
4. ENTRY FEE
Entry Fee per shooter is 100 €. The entry fee contains cartridges and clays for two training rounds and the competitions. Also the banquet on Saturday evening is included. We will be using steel cartridges, Gyttorp Steel Max Cal 12/70 nr 8.5.
The organizer will work hard to get enough sponsors for the food on the range during the days and hopefully also for the dinners on Thursday and Friday evening.
5. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Participants must submit a completed entry form (event notification form) by mail to email@example.com before the 1 of July.
Payment of the entry fees will be carried out at the range upon the training day on Thursday. Payments have to be made in cash in euro.
6. WEAPON DECLARATION
This is only for those who travel through Sweden. You have to declare your weapon on:
Everyone should declare their weapons, but citizens resident in Denmark, Norway or Finland can fill in a declaration on the internet alone. Citizens of countries other than those must complete a declaration entitled "Declaration of firearms and ammunition" (right column), print it and personally go in with it to the Customs Service when you come to Sweden. On the outward journey you also go to Customs Service with the declaration to get it stamped that you bring the weapon out of Sweden.
