Gun Permits
Everyone must apply for a short term gunpermit at least 4 weeks before arriving in Iceland. There are two ways of doing that (notice that the forms are only available in Icelandic but there is provided a handy reference in English to help)
- If you have a European gun passport, you only have to photocopy that along with a photocopy of your gunpermit in your homeland and fill out the this form http://logregla.is/upload/files/U_Skammtimaleyfi(1).pdf (see the how to fill out guide here) and send the photocopies and filled application along with ISK6000 and your information name and valid email address (so we can send you the scans of the correct paperwork) to this address :
